- Deadline for submission of papers: From March 23 to June 1, 2025 with the possibility of Forum funding. And from June 2 to July 31 for submissions without Forum funding.
- Deadline to apply for Forum grants: From March 23 to June 1, 2026.
- Notification of paper acceptance: From July 1, 2026 for submissions eligible for Forum funding. From September 15 for submissions not eligible for Forum funding.
- Final registration date: September 4, 2026.
